LearnPads on HOLD... no new orders!

NOTE TO ALL: As of this very MOMENT - LearnPads are on hold!... until and IF we can get resolution for 4 schools on various issues that have taken forever to resolve. While the interface and usability benefits of the LP were quite impressive - a product cannot live and thrive without reliable product quality and after sales support of the devices and associated products (aka apps). More detail soon... share your LP experiences with the group!

  1. This is a great site for spot checking corporate culture. Perhaps this is where we should START next time we look to vet a new product offering. Perception counts - and this is more than just the occasional 'disgruntled employee' occurrence. http://www.glassdoor.com/Revie…/LearnPad-Reviews-E866842.htm

  2. Seems as though the UK management for LearnPad is more put together and focused than our American counterparts - at least based upon the Twitter feeds I have been following. I don't think the product has ever been a real problem - but the management, support and service - has been very lacking here in the US. 3. Just received this from Holly DeLeon at LearnPad regarding Jamie Debicella's, SCSS issue with ABCMouse...
    Noel,
I am pleased to report that our tech team did some digging and found that ABCMouse released their Android app on Dec. 15, 2014, but they have not updated their website to reflect that release. Our technician loaded the app from Google Play on the LearnPad and was able to get the program to work perfectly fine. He would like to walk you through a resource creator application so I am going to give Brandon Anderson your contact information so he can give you a call. Perhaps Jaime needs to be on the call as well. He will call you this afternoon. Hope all of this helps!
    Holly
